| Reconnect Service Fee: | $25.00 |
| Non-payment Reconnect Fee: | $75.00 |
| Theft of Service Fee: | $100.00 – 1st Time |
| $150.00 – 2nd Time | |
| $950.00 – 3rd Time plus all theft charges acrrued | |
| Return Check Fee: | $30.00 |
| Late Penalty: | 15% of Current Bill |
